These Terms of Use govern your use of biomovement.shop and any order you place for VoloNova Revive Source. By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Pinnacle Wellness Ltd, NZBN 9429049512384, 14 Customs Street East, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation or use it to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.

2. Ordering and Sale Conditions

To place an order, you submit your name and phone number via the order form. Submitting a form is not a binding purchase - it is a request for us to contact you. A binding sale contract is formed only when our team calls to confirm the order and you verbally agree to proceed.

Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. The price confirmed at the time of the call is the price you pay. Payment is made in cash or by EFTPOS/card directly to the courier upon delivery. No prepayment or online card details are required.

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, inform our team during the confirmation call or contact us at info@biomovement.shop.

3. Limitations of Liability

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or the product is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may return unopened product within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Return Policy. Once the product seal is broken, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You can also decline to accept the parcel at the door, in which case the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

6. Dispute Resolution

We will endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the New Zealand Commerce Commission or the Disputes Tribunal. Please contact us first at info@biomovement.shop so we can try to find a resolution.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
